Pork Chops recipe

Pork Chops ingredients list:

4 pork chops.
3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced.
1 can of cream of chicken soup.
¼ cup of milk.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions for Pork Chops:

Brown the pork chops in butter for about 5 minutes on each side.

Season each pork chop with salt and pepper.

Place the sliced potatoes in greased 9*9 inch pan.

Mix the soup and the milk together.

Pour the soup/milk mixture over top of the sliced potatoes.

Lay the pork chops on top of the soup mixture.

Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 60 minutes.
